Delete your Settlement Guru account
Settlement Guru lets you request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Choose whichever option below suits you.
How to request deletion
1. In the app
Go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm with your password.
2. On the web
Sign in at settlementguru.co.in, then go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Without signing in
Email us from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Signed up with Google and don't know a password? Use this email option.

What is deleted
Your name, email, phone number, address and profile details. The account is anonymised and deactivated.
What is kept
Agreement, debt and payment records are kept for 7 years for legal and financial record-keeping.
